Olympic athlete in the ILCA class and sailing coach Andrey Quintero has over 20 years of experience in high-performance sailing, establishing himself as a leading figure in the ILCA class (formerly Laser). He has proudly represented his country at the Olympic Games in the ILCA class, and has competed in 15 ILCA World Championships and five Pan American Games. Among his most notable achievements is earning the title of World Sailing Vice Champion, a testament to his technical excellence and competitive consistency. In addition to dinghy sailing, Andrey has extensive offshore racing experience as a helmsman and tactician on yachts from 38 to 44 feet, providing leadership and strategic insight at sea.
